Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Length of stay:
The guest makes a reservation for a specific length of stay. Under no circumstances may the guest claim any right to remain on the premises without the establishment’s consent.
Article 2 - Conclusion of the Contract:
The online reservation becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it with a credit card that is valid as of the start date of the stay.
Article 3 - Cancellation by the customer:
a) If you cancel or change your reservation more than 3 days before your arrival date, no fees will be charged.
b) In the event of a cancellation or change made less than 3 days in advance, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge 50% of the total cost of the stay.
Article 4 - Arrival:
Guests may check in on the day of arrival starting at 3:00 p.m. or earlier, depending on availability, and no later than 7:00 p.m. In the event of a late arrival, guests must notify the hotel by phone at:

Article 5 – Regulations:
Payment by: credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
Article 6 - Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is a local tax that guests must pay to the establishment, which then remits it to the Treasury.
Article 7 - Use of the Premises:
The guest must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them for their intended purpose. The guest agrees to return the accommodations in good condition.
Article 8 - Animals:
The customer must submit a request to the establishment. Additional fees may apply.
Article 9—Capacity:
The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, the establishment reserves the right to refuse additional guests.
Article 10 - Insurance:
The customer is liable for any damage caused by their actions.
