Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Length of stay: 

The guest makes a reservation for a specific length of stay. Under no circumstances may the guest claim any right to remain on the premises without the establishment’s consent.

Article 2 - Conclusion of the Contract: 

The online reservation becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it with a credit card that is valid as of the start date of the stay.

By providing their credit card information as a guarantee, the customer expressly authorizes the establishment to charge the amounts due for penalties provided for in these general terms and conditions of sale, particularly in the event of a late cancellation, a “no-show,” or an early departure.

Article 3 - Cancellation by the customer:

3.1. In the event of a cancellation or change made more than 3 days before the arrival date, no fees will be charged.

3.2. In the event of a cancellation or change made less than 3 days before the arrival date, the property will charge 50% of the total cost of the stay.

By providing credit card information at the time of booking, the customer expressly agrees that this penalty will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

3.3. No-show and early departure

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date (“no-show”) or leaves early, the property will charge or bill the guest for the full cost of the reserved stay.

Article 4 - Arrival:

Guests may check in on the day of arrival starting at 3:00 p.m. or earlier, depending on availability, and no later than 7:00 p.m. In the event of a late arrival, guests must notify the hotel by phone at:

Article 5 – Regulations:

 Payment by: credit card, bank transfer, or cash. 

Article 6 - Tourist Tax: 

The visitor's tax is a local tax that guests must pay to the establishment, which then remits it to the Treasury.

Article 7 - Use of the Premises: 

The guest must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them for their intended purpose. The guest agrees to return the accommodations in good condition.

Article 8 - Animals: 

As a general rule, pets are not allowed on the premises.

In exceptional cases, the hotel may accept certain small dogs, subject to prior approval at the time of booking. Additional fees, the amount of which will be provided at the time of booking, may apply.

Article 9 - Capacity:

The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, the establishment reserves the right to refuse additional guests. 

Article 10 – Damage and Liability

The guest is responsible for any damage, deterioration, or loss caused by the guest, the guest’s companions, or the guest’s pets on the premises. The cost of repairs or replacement may be billed and charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
