The Auberge du Presbytère in Saignon, in the Luberon region in the heart of Provence, has undergone a complete renovation and has been open since May 21, 2026.

We celebrated the reopening with a performance by Antoine Le Ménestrel of the Les Lézards Bleus theater company, followed by a social gathering over drinks in the village square.
